M2 Electrical were asked to provide DCET with products to be used by the next generation of electricians at their three training facilities in the south west region.
Mainly day release on the government Trailblazer Apprenticeship scheme, DCET offer year 1 City & Guilds 5357, years 2 & 3 City & Guilds 2357, leading to AM2, being the industry standard assessment for electrical competence. The length of the apprenticeship scheme is between 42-48 months.
As UK manufacturers, M2, are driven by design and have many innovations across their comprehensive product ranges. To overcome the concern of house fires and lose incoming tail connections, M2 have recently been awarded a patent on their unique twin screwed isolator terminal for their range of consumer units.
